Concur News LLC operates a political news aggregation platform that collects, organizes, and summarizes publicly available reporting from third-party publishers into events, timelines, and topical feeds.

We do not produce original reporting and do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party content. The Service is designed to help users more efficiently understand ongoing political developments by presenting multiple sources in a structured format.

The Service is available in a limited free tier and a paid subscription tier ("Pro").

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;
  • Maintain the security of your account access (including your email account and OAuth providers);
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access;
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are compromised or used improperly.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • Annual: $48.00/year

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or through your app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), depending on how you subscribed.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card details. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by its own terms and policies.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), except in cases of verified billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  • Use automated methods that place unreasonable load on our systems;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
  • Distribute harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Platform

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Concur News LLC and protected by applicable laws.

6.2 Third-Party Content

News articles and related content belong to their respective publishers. We display and summarize content for informational purposes and link to original sources.

Summaries may be generated using automated systems and are provided for convenience only.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

The views expressed in source material belong to the original publishers.

Campaign Finance Data

Campaign finance data is sourced from public records provided by the Federal Election Commission (FEC). We do not independently verify this data and present it as filed. It does not imply wrongdoing.

  • AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they may be subject to binding arbitration in New York.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

15. Changes to Terms
