1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Concur News LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://concur.news, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
If you download our iOS application from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies to your use of the application itself. These Terms govern your account, subscriptions, content access, and use of the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Concur News LLC operates a political news aggregation platform that collects, organizes, and summarizes publicly available reporting from third-party publishers into events, timelines, and topical feeds.
We do not produce original reporting and do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party content. The Service is designed to help users more efficiently understand ongoing political developments by presenting multiple sources in a structured format.
The Service is available in a limited free tier and a paid subscription tier ("Pro").
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Maintain the security of your account access (including your email account and OAuth providers);
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access;
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are compromised or used improperly.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Monthly: $5.00/month
- Annual: $48.00/year
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes. Prices shown in the Apple App Store may vary by country, currency, taxes, or platform rules.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase and renewal will occur according to Apple's subscription terms unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You authorize us, our payment processor, or your app store provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or through the Apple App Store, depending on how you subscribed. Deleting your Concur News account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store; you must cancel those subscriptions through your App Store subscription settings.
4.3 Payment Processing
Website payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by its own terms and policies.
In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's terms and policies. We receive limited transaction and subscription information needed to verify your purchase and provide Pro access.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you subscribed. For example, App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, while website purchases are handled through Stripe and our support process, except in cases of verified billing errors.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- Use automated methods that place unreasonable load on our systems;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
- Distribute harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Platform
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Concur News LLC and protected by applicable laws.
6.2 Third-Party Content
News articles and related content belong to their respective publishers. We display and summarize content for informational purposes and link to original sources.
Summaries may be generated using automated systems and are provided for convenience only.
6.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.
7. Content Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content. You should consult original sources before making decisions.
The views expressed in source material belong to the original publishers.
Campaign Finance Data
Campaign finance data is sourced from public records provided by the Federal Election Commission (FEC). We do not independently verify this data and present it as filed. It does not imply wrongdoing.

The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they may be subject to binding arbitration in New York.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
