Ken Paxton Celebrates New Year in Dubai with Fugitives

Paxton spent New Year’s Eve in Dubai with his girlfriend and two fugitives from U.S. justice.
The fugitives, indicted on healthcare fraud charges, had previously failed to return to the U.S.
Campaign records show one fugitive donated $190,000 to Paxton's campaign, raising ethical concerns.
Paxton's campaign faces scrutiny as polls indicate rival James Talarico is leading in the race.
