Judge Rules Against Stars and Stripes Journalists, Allowing Pentagon to Fire Them

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden ruled that the journalists are unlikely to prove their First Amendment rights were violated.
The judge stated the journalists were legally dismissed for giving pre-approved interviews as part of their official duties.
