Sunita Doddamani Sues DOJ for Alleged Retaliatory Firing Linked to FACE Act Prosecution

Sunita Doddamani filed a lawsuit against the DOJ alleging her firing was politically motivated and retaliatory due to her prosecution of anti-abortion activists under the FACE Act.
The lawsuit claims violations of the Civil Service Reform Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the First and Fifth Amendments.
Doddamani was dismissed on April 13 without notice or due process, coinciding with the termination of at least two other prosecutors handling FACE Act cases.
