Turkey's Parliament Approves Conditional Pardon for PKK Militants

Legislators voted 468-88 to approve the bill, which offers conditional pardons to PKK members.
The law will only take effect after the PKK fully disarms, as confirmed by Turkey's National Security Council.
Excluded from the bill are militants convicted of serious crimes, including intentional killings and life sentences before 2005.
