Puerto Rico Implements Water Rationing Amid Severe Drought

Beginning Friday, residents in parts of San Juan will experience water shutoffs lasting up to 48 hours.
The drought follows San Juan's driest July in over 120 years, with nearly a quarter of the island in severe drought.
Water trucks will be deployed to deliver drinking water, prioritizing hospitals and facilities for older residents.
