Rep. Marcy Kaptur Hospitalized After Hit-and-Run Crash

Rep. Marcy Kaptur, 80, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run crash in Toledo on Sunday morning.
She was a passenger in a vehicle on her way to church when the accident occurred, and she is currently active and alert while receiving treatment.
Toledo police responded to the crash shortly before 11 AM, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing. Kaptur, who has served for 43 years, is seeking re-election against Republican Derek Merrin.
