U.S. Military Strikes Alleged Drug Boat in Caribbean Sea

On April 19, the U.S. military conducted a lethal strike on a vessel in the Caribbean, killing three men identified as 'narco-terrorists'.
The operation was directed by General Francis L. Donovan of SOUTHCOM and was part of ongoing efforts against drug trafficking in the region.
U.S. Southern Command stated that the vessel was confirmed to be transiting known narco-trafficking routes.
